Having a pet sitter can and should give you peace of mind when you are away from home and your beloved pets. There are many ways a having a pet sitter come to your home in your absence should give you peace of mind when your not able to be home. Just having someone coming and going when your away is shown to be a road block to would be thieves. The pet sitter can do many small things to appear that activity at your home is somewhat normal even when your gone. The list could be almost endless and custom made to your lifestyle. It could be as simple as turning the lights on in the evening and off in the morning and opening and closing blinds, or watering your plants, taking your trash to the curb, bringing in your mail or paper. There is more value you can have than just knowing you beloved pets are safe and secure at home your also having someone who will notify you if anything looks strage in your home from water leaks to possible storm damage ect…
You also have to have peace of mind knowing your getting what you are paying for and the pet sitter is actually showing up and doing what they agreed to do in the first place. The pet sitter can offer skype or text pictures of your pets while they are there. Then there is the idea that your best interest is your pet sitters best interest. I call all of this the Gold Rule and I do believe we all have to do what we can withing reason to treat people right. When you hire a pet sitter or least this one you get a lot more than your beloved pet receiving the best care in the comfort of the family home they love.
